An introduction to our Food Stylist, Presenter, Food Consultant
Jo Richardson is a whirlwind of enthusiasm, passion, entertainment and laughter and has a wealth of knowledge on food and food presentation.
As a food professional she is renowned for her delicious, no-fuss approach to cooking and presenting fabulous food.
Jo’s enthusiasm imparts a unique style and energy to her creations which are highlighted by over 20 years experience in recipe development, food writing, food styling and food presentations.
She has an astonishing ability to retain a magnitude of knowledge with a diverse range of food skills, which makes presenting to a live audience or television an interesting and thoroughly enjoyable experience.
Her culinary career has seen her as a contributing recipe creator and food stylist to Family Circle books and magazine, Better Homes & Gardens Magazine, Good Taste publications, KitchenAid, VitaSoy Publications, Tupperware Publications and previously as the national face of the Coles Meal Ideas program, recipe cards and national television cooking segments.
Other credits include regular television cooking segments on The Australian Women’s Weekly “Fresh” program, TVSN and previously on Good Morning Australia. Jo also regularly appears at Australian lifestyle shows and food festivals.
